Okay, I'm no good at this. Pretty much, my time-management skills are non-existent when it comes to paper writing.I have a 5-7 page paper due in my Survey to British Literature 1 class due tomorrow, and I have yet to start it. Yes, I should have started it at least a week ago, that way I would have the research done, and the writing pretty much wrapped up. Instead, I'm starting the paper after I type this post. I'm pretty sure I'm going to focus on Chaucer's Canterbury Tales, possibly the Wife of Bath Prologue/Tale (not sure which), but that's not concrete. My feelings towards this paper are as long as I meet all the requirements of the research paper (paper length, research requirement, etc.) then hopefully I'll at least get a C on this paper. Would I like to get a better grade than that? Of course, but I'm being realistic here.
On top of needing to write this paper, I need to read Part 3 and Book 4 of Gulliver's Travels for that class tomorrow. Then I can go home for Thanksgiving. And before any of you ask, yes, I'm still apprehensive about Thanksgiving at Gma A's house.
Things with the roommates have been.. okay since the last time I wrote. Definitely think that something's up between the two of them, because of yesterday. This whole weekend, M was the only one here besides me (E went home Thursday night, forgot stuff which is why I peevishly have to take her what she forgot >:( and T went home Friday) Speaking of them, I'm pretty sure T just got back from what ever excursion she went on a little while ago and is gonna be peeved that I put the thermostat back on heat (one of them set it on a/c 64-- ya, a wii bit chilly in our house). When T got back last night, M was rarely in the same room as her. And when they were, there was very little conversation going on between them. Which is weird for them, because throughout this semester they've been attached at the hip and loud as hell when conversing. Maybe M got sick of T's slobbish ways, of her not washing her dishes or trashing the kitchen/bathroom/house in general. Who knows.
