Well, graduation came and went. I have to clarify something. The school that I go to, the grad ceremony is before you get grades back. Grades come back the Wednesday after graduation. So, I checked grades on Wednesday, and found out I passed all but one of my classes, so I technically am not an official graduate. I broke down, freaked out. Luckily, I can retake a different section of this course in the fall. The downside is that since I will be under full-time status, I will be commuting back and forth twice a week to school. After this fall semester, I will THEN be an official graduate. Telling my parents, I was freaking out before telling them, thinking they were going to freak out badly. Luckily, they were calm when I told them. I guess I am still in that high school mentality when it comes to grades, thinking they have to be at par with one of my older sisters. This next week, and whenever my parents do not have my nephew, I will be going out job hunting for a job, so I can start saving up for when loans go into repayment, plus gas money since it is not cheap, and I will more than likely be filling up at least twice a week (220 miles round trip- school and back). I want to get a job close to home, to cut down on gas. I've worked in retail, so I'll try there first, then move to fast food. I have nothing against that industry or the restaurant industry, but I do not think I would do well there.
The munchkin niece and nephew are doing well. Maddie has just starting running (during spring semester, she started walking, so cute!) She's like her mother in a way, because she loses her balance easily, but it's too cute to see her up and about. Liam is so close to walking. He took a couple steps the other day without holding on to anything. The slight downside to him wanting to walk holding on to anything is that he'll use your legs to get up, and in the process almost pull your pants/shorts down. It can get a little annoying at times, but you just gotta love him!
I'll update hopefully at the end of the week about job hunting progress, and school updates, and possibly dating updates (not that there is anything to update on that front).
Sometime in the next week or so, I'm meeting up with an old friend to catch up. I haven't seen her in forever, it will be good to catch up.
