Spring Allergies

Spring is here, and so is allergy season. The most effed up thing about my allergies hitting me is that they hit on a day where it rained all day long. I woke up yesterday with sinus drainage, by this morning i was stuffed up. The allergy meds I took last night (which I  accidentally overdosed on, more on that in a minute) worked for a little bit, but I was foggy most of the day. That's probably mainly because I accidentally took too many. I say accidentally because most generic allergy meds follow the same instructions as their name brand counterpart. So I took two store brand allergy-sinus pills. I double checked the box after, and saw I was only supposed to take 1 every 4 hours, not 2 like benadryl (it was the generic form of that).

Things with the roommate...Well, she's mainly not here anymore, so nothing has really changed. That bag of trash that she had been in her closet since a week before Spring Break? ya, she didn't remove it till 1 day short of it being in there 4 WEEKS.Granted, now she's replaced it with another bag, so it's like nothing has changed. I tried gauging whether she wanted to try and resolve things, she wasn't feeling it, so it is what it is.

Graduation is May 7th. Things are quickly ending, and it's all seeming to come to a head.Truthfully, I'm kind of starting to panic, and when I stress-panic, I shut down in a sense.Which I'm struggling to keep from happening.

My sister and her husband were home on leave the past couple weeks. They left to go back Saturday. It was nice to see them, even though with me being at school I was only able to see them the day they were leaving.Liam (their son) is having a hard time. He's at my parents this week, and his sleep schedule seems to want to take a vacation when it comes to nighttime, meaning he is wanting to keep everyone up all night. Hopefully he settles down for both grandparents soon. He was too cute Sunday when I was getting ready to go back to school. I was waiting for dad to get back with my car, and Liam was in his exersaucer. I would move away from where he was, and he'd start shrieking! It was too cute.

It should be interesting in the coming weeks, what with finals and graduation coming, with going home for the last time from school. It is going to be a stressful time, but at the same time, I will be dropping the stress of exams, of papers, of meeting a grade, of dorm drama. Here is to hoping when I move out of my parents house and possibly get a roommate, that there is little to no drama, at the very least less than what I've had to deal with living in college dorms.

Well, I will try to blog relatively regularly over the next few weeks and beyond. I am gonna get off of here, because the allergy meds are starting to take effect. So I will catch you on the flipside peoples :)
