AHHH!!!!!

I am going through slight- ok, MAJOR computer withdrawal! You see, the power cord for my laptop decided it was going to crap out completely on me last night. This means, I can't do late-night internet, I only have tv in my dorm room, since they took the dorm computers out last year (each dorm/apartment used to have a communal computer that the whole house could use, but they took them out at the beginning of last year). I'm writing this via the school library, while I wait for group members to show up.

School is getting more chaotic/stressful. The homework is piling on. On top of that, I may have to completely change my topic/thesis statement for my senior seminar paper, which is put me smack at the beginning AGAIN. I have a midterm tomorrow. Luckily, I'm pretty sure that since it's mainly an application and term matching exam, I should be okay.

It needs to be mid to end of Fall already! I'm a redhead pale person, I melt when it is this hot and sunny outside, lol. My Mom's birthday is next Friday, so I will be going home next weekend. This weekend, I will starting my community service for my ROCI4485 (Reflections on Community Involvement) class. I will be volunteering at Sierra's Haven, an animal shelter here in the town I go to school at. It should be cool.

The dating front is still dead, so to speak. As much as I want to date again, I am scared, but I also don't want to get into anything long-distance. It's not fair to either party involved. Unless I meet a guy that goes to school here, it's his last year here, and is from my hometown, then I'll stick to the dating hiatus/moratorium.

Well, I need to get some work done before one of the group members gets here. I'll update again sometime next week. I posted on the side of the blog some of the ones I follow. Most of them have gotten pretty lack in posting. I don't blame them, we all have busy lives, what with school and family. If you know of any other good blogs, leave a comment. It's nice to hear from people.
